Trevor Michael Schmidt is a multifaceted artist living in New York City. He grew up in Cape Coral, Florida and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from the Florida State University in 2017.
Trevor has performed at some of the top regional theaters in the country including The Muny, Sacramento Music Circus, Music Theatre Wichita, and Signature Theatre in Washington DC, as well as touring the country on the First National Tour of Beetlejuice the Musical.
Trevor also has a love and passion for choreography and creation and has taught numerous dance classes in NYC and choreographed shows at regional theaters across the country. In addition to his own choreography, he has also been a part of the pre-production process for Broadway shows like Shucked, Back To The Future, Almost Famous, and Beetlejuice the Musical.
Outside of theatre, Trevor loves to spend his time reading. His favorite genres are horror and fantasy but can definitely get behind a yuppy romance novel from time to time. He also loves interior decoration and design and works part time for a design and organization company called Spruce.
He learned early, by watching his parents, that with hard work comes success. He is a firm believer that the most progress is made when surrounded by positive energy and reinforcement and because of this he tries to instill a sense of positivity in all he does.
